We offer culturally sensitive programs to assist young men and women ages 16-24 to
successfully transition from their involvement with the Justice System to a meaningful family and
community life. We also offer support through everyday transitions and stresses.

Provincial Youth Outreach YOP Program
The YOP Program is a prevention and intervention program that supports high-risk
youth to make healthy life choices.
- The YOW Program focuses on at-risk and high-risk youth who live in an identified priority community and/or belong to a distinct priority population (e.g., Racialized, Indigenous, African LGBTTQ2S).
- These youth may experience increased barriers in accessing the opportunities that can help them to develop their capacity to make healthy life choices and achieve their goals.
