Settlement services for immigrants and refugees, both individuals and families
Essential information
Newcomers of all ages, including Permanent Residents, Convention
Refugees, Protected Persons, Naturalized Canadian Citizens, Refugee Claimants,
Temporary Foreign Workers, and International Students. Program exemptions include
Canadian-born citizens, visitors, and visitor visa holders.

Program description
We support newcomers and refugees as they settle in Canada and start their new
lives. Our team can assist with:
Employment, health care, housing, education, training and legal
aid.
Citizenship, permanent residency, work permits, and other issues.
Ontario Works, Child and
Family Benefits, Toronto Welcome Policy, etc.
Language training, professional
development, recreational activities, and children’s programs.
